<p><strong>How much is shipping?</strong><br>Domestic shipping is always free. We do not currently ship internationally.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>When can I expect my order?</strong><br><span>The processing time depends on several things: the type of order, whether your order is complete (Do we have your prescription and PD?), and when you place it. Typically you can expect 7-10 business days for a single-vision prescription and 5 business days for a home try-on. Switch orders take approximately 10-15 business days.&nbsp;<br></span><strong></strong></p>

<p><span></span><strong>How do I track my package?</strong><br>You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number and tracking link of your specific shipper.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>What is your return policy?</strong><br><span>You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive the glasses to call us for a return authorization (RA) number if you want to return them for any reason. We will replace broken frames at no charge for the life of the prescription.&nbsp;</span></p>
